Nicole Brule-Fisher shot this month’s winning picture in the photo contest. The picture is of her daughter, Emilie Fisher, who had just caught her first fish in the waters of the Eau Claire River in Wisconsin. As winner for July, Brule-Fisher won a $100 gift certificate to Papagayo. To enter the contest, please submit your pictures to editor@tucsonwest.com by July 16.
